Julia Stratton is a freelance writer based out of Ottawa. Her work has been featured in The National Post, RATESDOTCA, The Ottawa Business Journal, and WealthRocket, among others. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University and worked at The Queen’s Journal as a writer and editor for two years. When she’s not writing, she can usually be found running, swimming, hiking or playing ultimate frisbee. Julia is set to start the Master of Journalism program at Carleton University in September 2023.
