Abode’s CEO, David Nelson, says paying outstanding finders fees “was very important” when negotiating with the new purchaser.
He says the company is not far from a formal announcement (which will likely reveal the new purchaser).
If the deal goes through as planned, the new Abode will reportedly have even more product choices than before.
